Advisory Councils

The Canadian Studies Center is supported in its work by a Faculty Advisory Council and an External Advisory Council. Together, these bodies provide guidance and oversight, helping ensure that the center’s programs, priorities, and initiatives align with the mission and strategic goals of Michigan State University and reflect best practices among peer centers.

The councils also provide valuable perspectives on emerging opportunities, partnerships, and areas for growth, helping the center strengthen its impact across research, teaching, outreach, and engagement.
