MSU faculty working or interested in working on issues in or related to Canada are invited to affiliate with the Canadian Studies Center as a core faculty member. Many faculty affiliate with the center to expand their international or cross-border work, develop relationships with Canadian counterparts, join a community of peers with interests and ties to Canada, and learn about opportunities related to research funding, teaching exchanges, student programs, and topical meetings.
Core faculty must be members of the Michigan State University community. They are invited to meet at least twice annually to help guide the center’s initiatives and priorities and to receive updates on opportunities relevant to their teaching and research.
