Offered through MSU's College of Social Science as part of the Global and International Studies (GLIS) major, the Canadian Studies concentration is designed for students who wish to increase their understanding of the processes of social, economic, political, and cultural change in Canada and Canada's international relations.
The Canadian Studies concentration focuses studies on Canada and includes courses from across the social sciences and humanities, including courses in anthropology, religious studies, geography, and beyond! A special focus on the interrelationship between Canada and the United States is included.
Students involved in the concentration can benefit from Canada focused programming and opportunities offered through the Center and Canada Club.
